20 ice cubes
1 cup Lavender Sugar
2 cups boiling water
5cups cold water or as needed
****(optional) 3 tablespoons sugar or Honey for extra sweetness. Only add after base is made.
Place the lavender sugar into a bowl and pour boiling water over and allow to steep for 10 minutes, Strain out lavender debris and discard. Place ice cubes into pitcher.
Squeeze lemons into pitcher, getting as much juice as you can. Top off the pitcher with cold water and stir.
Taste, and adjust lemon juice, sugar/honey as you desire.
