Cranberry Sauce Using Dried Cranberries
Ingredients:

2 cups of dried cranberries

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of water
-
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Directions:

In a deep pan, boil dried cranberries in water.

Lower the heat for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Add lemon juice and sugar. Mix well.

Cover and let simmer for 5-8 minutes or until all the water is evaporated.

Allow this mixture to cool down.

Blend it. (While blending, add 4-5 tablespoons of water so that it blends easily)

Add the blended mixture into a pan.
-
On a low flame, cook this mixture until all the moisture evaporates.
-
Homemade instant cranberry jam / thick cranberry sauce is ready!
