Lavender Lemonade

a glass of lavender lemonade


  • 20 ice cubes

  • 1 cup of lavender sugar

  • 2 cups of boiling water

  • 8 lemons

  • 5 cups of cold water or as needed

  • Optional: 3 tablespoons of sugar or honey for extra sweetness. Only add this after the base is made.



  1. Place the lavender sugar into a bowl. Pour the boiling water over it, and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Strain out the lavender debris and discard it. Place ice cubes into a pitcher.

  2. Squeeze lemons into the pitcher, getting as much juice as you can. Top off the pitcher with cold water and stir.

  3. Taste and adjust the lemon juice and sugar/honey as you desire.
