BBQ Cornbread
grease a 8inch pan, heat oven to 375 degrees
1-1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup fine yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 sunflower oil(or what ever you have on hand)
1 egg
combine ingredients thoroughly and pour batter into pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
