BBQ Rub made with Paprika, garlic, brown sugar, onion, Black pepper, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, white sugar, kosher salt.

A sweet rub that can go on most things. Ideas, meats, veggies, salad, breads.

This Blend is Unique to Mrs. Brake's Spices and made with NO anti-caking agents or fillers.

BBQ Cornbread

grease a 8inch pan, heat oven to 375 degrees

1-1/4 cup flour

3/4 cup fine yellow cornmeal

1/4 cup sugar

2 Tablespoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 sunflower oil(or what ever you have on hand)

1 egg

combine ingredients thoroughly and pour batter into pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
